tutorial program INVITATION

Dear Parents,
I'd like to invite your child to a Math “After-School Tutorial” period beginning on Tuesday, January 11 to help your child close the achievement gaps being in seen in the i-Ready diagnostics and grade level skills. The program will build daily on each skill being taught to the students:
- Fluency practice in operations of multiplication, addition, subtraction, and division.
- Students will be doing intensive i-Ready Math differentiated instruction, group instruction, as well as preview/review current math concepts.
- Small group learning and one-on-one help.

Duration: January 11-March 9
Dates: Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 3:15-4:00
Place: Mr. Pham's Class - Room B1

PROGRAM RULES:
  • Attendance is required. A parent’s note (or Dojo message) is required for students to miss a tutorial.
  • Students who missed 3 days and/or have behavior issues will be dropped from the program.
  • Students will be released at 4:00 to be picked up at the main gate unless they’re walking home.

    I give permission for my child to attend Mr. Pham's Tutorial Period Tuesdays & Wednesdays 3:15-4:00, and have reviewed all rules with my child.
