FLEA MARKET #3

March 10, 2023 - Our class held the final Flea Market this year in the classroom... and it was FANTASTIC! While they are allowed to bring little knick-knacks and trinkets like toys, candies, or other goodies to sell in class, a lot of students chose instead to bring their own creations to the market. There were bookmarks, slimes, keychains, stickers, a claw machine, and even a "prize-raffle" at the end put on by Tony and Marisol's shop. "Vendors" paid $100 to the "Flea Market Owner" set up their own booth to display the goods (and tip jars). Students use class money to buy the things they are interested. Students learned how to use money wisely to buy and/or sell products and be successful.
