HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME...

​It was Mr. Pham's birthday last month on December 25th and he doesn't want anyone in class to know how old he is unless they solve a hair-pulling math problem. So he designed a birthday cake that has a star and uses 13 candles to represent his age.
If you count all of the triangles of all sizes formed by the lines in the star shape, you will discover Mr. Pham's age. Can you figure it out and get his age correct?
This riddle is worth 5 points! Only the most recent submitted answer will be accepted.

ANSWER: The 13 candles form 56 triangles: 18 made by the six points around the edge; 20 using the full side of the two large equilateral triangles; 12 made by the four right triangles; and 6 large isosceles center triangles.
​Although the answer is 56, Mr. Pham's real age is much, much older!!!
