ANSWER THESE RIDDLES - 1 point for each correct answer (5 points total)
RIDDLE 1: Zoey, Lucy, Zachary, and Danica go to a haunted house on Halloween. There are 3 doors to enter the house. Door A leads to a big fire. Door B leads to a pack of ninjas. Door C leads to a werewolf that hasn't eaten for 2 years. Which door would these students pick?
(Bonus point: Why did they choose that door?)
RIDDLE 2: William and John went trick-o-treating. At one house, instead of candies, William received 2 coins. John asked, "How much money did they give you?" William answered, "I got a total of 30 cents, but one coin is NOT a nickel. What are the coins?" John has no idea. Can you explain how?
RIDDLE 3: The Addams family has two parents and 9 daughters. Each of the daughters has one brother. How many people are in the Addams family?
RIDDLE 4: Efren the Elf goes trick-o-treating. He has a bag that measures 10 inches wide and 12 inches tall. About how many Snickers mini-sized chocolate bars the bag can hold until it's no longer empty?
ANSWERS:
1. Door C. After 2 years, the werewolf would already been dead so it's safe to enter.
2. One coin is not a nickel, but the other one is, so the coins are a quarter and a nickel.
3. The 9 daughters have the same brother, so 2 parents, 9 daughters, and 1 son = 12 in the Addams family.
4. It only takes one Snickers bar to make the bag no longer empty.

WINNERS:

Marisol (3), Aliah (5)

Riddle 1 is Door c because The werewolf would be dead by then. Riddle 3 is 20 cause 9 x 2 is 18 + 2 = 20

Riddle 1 is Door C because if the werewolf has not eaten in 2 years it would probaly be dead. Riddle 3 is 20 because 9 x 3 is 18 and then you add 2 for the parents which is 20. Riddle 4 is 120 because 10 x 12 is 120 so the answer is 120 mini Snikers size

1 Door C why because the werewolf has to die if it had not eaten in two years
2. 25 cents and 5 cents because if one coin cant be a nickle then the other one can and then the other one can be a quarter
3.12 because two parents nine daughters and since they are related and each have a brother that is just one brother so it is 12
4. The Answer is 1 because the riddle said until it is no longer empty not until it is completely full.
